Reunited Sweeties

Kimberlee is home! Kimberlee, formerly known as Trang, is Mia's orphanage "sisiter". The two girls are a month and a half appart in age and have spent their first two years together in the Red Cross orphanage in DaNang. Kimberlee has been adopted by one of my best friends in the world. She couldn't have asked for a better Mommy or a more loving family. The two girls now have each other to grow up with. They act like they haven't missed a beat in the three months they were appart when Mia got home first.

When Kimberlee arrived at the airport she was asleep, and exhausted. Mia just stared at her, then realizing who she was, started pointing at her and poking her while calling her name, "Trang". We've gotten the girls together to play. It's very interresting. Mia answers to Mia and Kimberlee answers to Kimberlee, but while playing, Mia gets adiment that I do not call Kimberlee anything other than Trang. She shakes her finger at me and says, "nooooo Mommy! TRANG!" We're still working on it. Mia asks for Trang during the day sometimes, and I'm still trying to correct her and say Kimberlee, or at least Kim-Trang. It must be really confusing to them.


I have a lot of video but I'm having trouble with it. They are so cute together!

I'll upload some photos too. I'm not sure how all this will turn out, because I'm still playing with it. But, enjoy!
