FUN FUN

I had a lot of fun, and some interesting moments at the festival/picnic this past weekend. I won't get into it all here now, but I WILL post pictures. Mia had a great time with Kinhly, Maddy, Addy, Abby, and a host of others as well. I had a great time meeting people and hanging out with gals I chat with online. It was fun. Here's some pics:

So, all in all it was a great time. I loved meeting folks and seeing so many of the kids together again. I know this was a lot of pics, but I have soooooo many more it was hard to choose from!

I'm SO Excited

I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas! I'm going to the Asian Festival in Columbus Ohio. I can't wait. I'm meeting Nicole, mom of Mia's orphanage sister Kinly. I can't wait to get these two together. They "chat" on the phone and Mia points to Kinhly in every picture she sees with her in it. Our girls were really like sisters and very protective of each other. Mia actually hit Nicole when Nicole came to get Kinhly from the orphanage.

Also, my dear dear dear friend, who is basically responsible for me even being able to adopt Mia, Ms. Kathy Golden, is going to come too and room with me. One of her princesses, Maddie, is also one of Mia's orphanage sisters. Maddie was the other little girl I fell in love with the day I met Mia while adoption was shut down. Kathy has three Asian cuties! I can't wait to finally meet them in person!

And, I'm so excited to meet in person, "Law Mommy" and "Jenn", amoungst other "cyber" families I've kept up with. I REALLY wish some others could have made the trip too. I'll miss you gals!
